PURPOSE: A screw-nut fastening a bolt is provided to easily couple a screw-nut to a bolt by primarily attaching the screw-nut to a tool without using hand and fitting the screw-nut to the bolt. CONSTITUTION: A screw-nut(20) fastening a bolt comprises a front surface(31), a middle part(32), and a rear surface(33). A sleeve portion of a front surface, a tread portion of a middle part, and a sleeve portion of the rear surface form an inner surface of a fastening nut to fix a bolt. A material of the screw nut can be metal or plastic etc.
