FIELD: electricity. ^ SUBSTANCE: overhead lines contain tower supports with traverses on which insulators are mounted with multi-strand suspended current-conducting electric wires connected to them by means of terminal and suspension clamps, also they contain lighting protection and accessories. During maintenance new lines are erected, existing lines are repaired and/or reconstructed, and at least in one of them high-temperature composite multi-strand electric wires containing not less than one composite strand and multi-strand external layer with protective overlayer are used with succeeding increment of number of refitted lines as current-conducting lines. Technology of wiring of new or replacing high-temperature electric wires provides technologic and maintenance undamageability of this effective electric wires including a set of erecting machines and equipment with safe bending radius of electric wires and elastic flexible contact elements of erecting rollers, terminal and trunnion-type clamps. ^ EFFECT: consistent fitting of the system with electric wires with higher efficiency of electric power transmission, reducing materials consumption of conducting part with higher security of electric wires during erection, reliability and operation duration with high performance during the system maintenance. ^ 15 cl, 8 dwg |
