摘要 FIELD: oil and gas production. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for survey of electric breakdown and seismic-acoustic effects in chemical reagents and mixtures used for increasing deposit oil recovery, but toxic and inflammable when used on ground, positive and negative electrodes located coaxially one opposite the other in metal housing with windows located opposite the inter-electrode interval. Positive electrode is isolated from the housing and negative electrode is connected to the housing bottom and has the possibility to move relatively positive electrode. Coaxially the housing there installed is a removable metal housing in a form of cup the internal diameter of which is equal to the inner diameter of casing pipe. The upper part of the housing is pressure tight fixed on the housing. There are two holes in the housing bottom, one of which is closed by plug and serves for filling borehole fluid or chemical reagent. In the second hole of the housing there is a socket wrench with gland seal capable of mechanical connection with negative electrode and serving for adjusting the gap between positive and negative electrodes. ^ EFFECT: increase of safety and reduction of labour costs for determination of optimal levels of breakdown voltage and energy release in electrode system, increase of well electric hydraulic device production capacity. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
