PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capacity voltage conversion circuit capable of concurrently detecting the capacities of a plurality of sensor electrodes.

SOLUTION: Respective C/I conversion circuits 101-nare provided for each sensor capacity Cs to generate a detection current Is corresponding to the capacity value of the corresponding sensor capacity Cs. A current averaging circuit 20 averages detection currents Is1-ngenerated by the plurality of C/I conversion circuits 101-n. Respective I/V conversion circuits 301-nare provided for each sensor capacity Cs to convert a differential current between a corresponding detection current Isiand an averaged detection current IAVEinto detection voltages Vs1-n.
