<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact sheet post-processing device which performs post-processing on sheets discharged from an image forming apparatus, includes alignment members 101 and 102 for aligning sheets P in a sheet delivery tray 41 as well as supporting the sheets protruding from a staple tray (34), and allows the staple tray (34) to be made compact with simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: The alignment members 101 and 102 extend downward from rotation axes 101a and 102a. The alignment members 101 and 102 are divided at boundaries of split lines 101b and 102b which are parallel to the rotation axes 101a and 102a, and are configured with first alignment plates 1011 and 1021 and second alignment plates 1012 and 1022. The second alignment plates 1012 and 1022 are attached so as to rotate with respect to the first alignment plates 1011 and 1021.
