<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling efficiency and shorten a machine length by integrating a weight and a spring provided separately from an inner socket. <P>SOLUTION: This bolt tightening machine includes: an outer socket 4 to be engaged with a nut 3 which is screwed to a torque control bolt 1; an inner socket 5 to be engaged with a shearing tip 2 of the bolt end and slidable relatively to the outer socket 4; a mechanism for outputting opposite rotating forces to the outer socket 4 and the inner socket 5; and a weight 8 arranged slidably inside the inner socket 5 and moved backward by insertion of the tip 2 in the inner socket.
