摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide material hardly taking in a radioactive substance such as cobalt 60 or cobalt 58, and to provide technology for monitoring its state (adhesion amount or the like), concerning structure material of piping or the like constituting a nuclear reactor. <P>SOLUTION: Nuclear reactor structure material is constituted by forming an oxide film containing a titanium oxide on a surface to be in contact with a radioactive substance of a structure material constituting a nuclear reactor. An adhesion amount of the titanium oxide is measured by performing light irradiation from a light irradiation device to the oxide film, and by measuring a corrosion potential and/or current density of the oxide film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
