<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microscope device that obtains spectral information more accurately. <P>SOLUTION: A microscope device includes: a stage 102 that holds a sample 101; an imaging unit 107 that comprises an imaging element and picks up an image corresponding to incident light; a color sensor 109 that obtains spectral information of the incident light; a half mirror 106 that allows lights from the sample 101 to be made incident on the imaging unit 107 and the color sensor 109; and a visual field area changing unit 108 that changes the area of the light made incident on the color sensor 109 out of the lights from the sample 101. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
