<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow a space of a device for performing casting work, and to shorten a cycle time. <P>SOLUTION: This cast product taking-out/core setting device 30 includes a cast product holding means 34 and a core holding means 38 provided to an edge arm 32 (rotary shaft) of a multi-articulated robot, and an air blow mechanism. After the cast product holding means 34 holds a cast product 28, compressed air is discharged from a first air nozzle 40 and a second air nozzle 42 composing the air blow mechanism so as to clean a die 14. Next, after coating the die 14 with a releasing agent if necessary, the edge arm 32 is rotated to set a core 36 held by the core holding means 38 to the die 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
