<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule type body dryer which eliminates labor for drying a body with a bath towel or the like to promptly dry the whole body. <P>SOLUTION: A drying device (2) is provided in a capsule (1). The drying device (2) is used for drying with air discharged out of jetting ports provided in a spiral form in the ceiling and on the side surfaces in the capsule (1). A water drain ditch (3) is provided at the foot of the drying device, and a hand rail (4) in the capsule (1), thereby enabling people of all ages and both sexes to use. A doorway (5) is located on the front side of the capsule (1) but a door is not provided.
