The present invention relates to a medical snare that enables a more convenient operation procedure and a reduction of time in surgery, reducing the burden on a patient and the surgeon, by simply rotating the expansion direction of a snare in the direction of generation of a subject to be removed, the subject that is generated in a variety of directions, thereby enabling an easy entry into the snare, and at the same time, preventing a free rotation of a handle, enabling fixing of the expansion direction of the snare, and more specifically, comprises an auxiliary push rod having a hooking surface on the outer circumference thereof and coupled rotatingly to the front end of a push rod of an operation portion; a wire for forming the snare, that is fixedly coupled to the front end of the auxiliary push rod; and a hooking correspondence hole formed in the center of the handle so as to be fastened on the outside of the auxiliary push rod, the handle mounted on the front side of a body to prevent aberration, and when the operation portion executes a frontward/backward operation, the auxiliary handle slidingly passes through the hooking correspondence hole of the handle, and when the handle is rotated, the hooking of the hooking surface and the hooking correspondence hole rotates the auxiliary push rod and the wire, enabling the opening direction of the snare to be changed, thereby enabling the effect of easily rotating only the wire without rotating the entire snare for the expansion direction of the snare. |
