The thermally melting wire has a surface with specific irregularities or shape deviation in scoring, grooves, rails, nubs or cracks. These wires are supplied on reels and a print head is supplied with a nozzle in a printer. An independent claim is also included for a surface is created by a brush scraping, scratching, thermal embossing, cold embossing or knurling the wires.
