<p>In order to reduce the frequency of continuous data access of an area specified by different row addresses in the same bank in a memory and achieve efficient memory access, a data processing device (10) maps data (21) and data (22), having the same content, using a first arrangement pattern and a second arrangement pattern respectively and stores same in a separate memory area configuring a memory (20) and, when reading part of the data, selects the arrangement pattern having the more efficient access by using a selection means (21), on the basis of an address range relating to the partial data on the basis of each arrangement pattern, and accesses the memory area corresponding to said arrangement pattern using an access control means (13). The data (21) is arranged at a different position to the data (22), at a point at a position relative to a boundary address for a block corresponding to the same row address in the same bank.</p> |
