<p>PURPOSE: An LED device with accident detection and self power supply functions and a method for detecting an accident and supplying self-power based on the LED device are provided to stably supply power to a system by blocking a surge voltage based on a detection result after a natural disaster is detected. CONSTITUTION: An impact signal analyzing module(131) receives an impact measurement signal from a gravity sensor.
