<p>PURPOSE: A system for remotely controlling the dimming of an LED tunnel lamp is provided to prevent a traffic accident by controlling the dimming and the on and off of the LED tunnel lamp using a power line communication. CONSTITUTION: A pre-filter(41) filters a part of a frequency band of a power line signal. A differential amplifier(42) differentially amplifies a gain of the filtered frequency band. A main filter unit(43) divides the frequency band into a plurality of sub bands. An amplification and comparison unit(44) amplifies a reception signal of the plurality of the sub bands, converts the reception signal into one bit digital value and outputs a digital reception signal of the sub bands. A reception signal processor processes the digital reception signal with the power line communication signal. A transmission signal processor generates a transmission signal. A power driving unit(45) transmits the transmission signal to a power line coupling unit.
