FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: support comprises a base in the form of a support plate, a support pad for a pipeline placed on a load compensator and pipeline displacement. A compensator comprises rollers installed in pairs on cross beams with the possibility of their interaction with the support pad and wheelsets arranged at different sides of the pipeline axis. Wheelsets with the help of a traction rod with control nuts and springs are kinematically connected to each other. Axes of wheelsets are installed directly on sections of cross beams protruding downwards. The compression spring is placed in the middle part of the traction rod made from two elements. On the edges of the support plate external relative to the axis of the pipeline there are curvilinear gates fixed with a bend towards the pipeline. On the upper parts of the gates there are replaceable pads fixed from a flexible elastic material with the possibility of their contact with the pipeline surface. On the edges of the support plate perpendicular to the pipeline axis there are flat vertically aligned gates of similar design fixed. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability of pipeline operation and reduced labour intensiveness of maintenance under conditions of its functioning in case of sharp seasonal temperature change and availability of intensive precipitation in the form of rain and snow. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
