<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which date information contained in an annual schedule table is determined without omission to support the reading of a schedule content data in the reading of information using a computer terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A zone containing a numerical value is detected from an annual schedule table (tabular format data). Next, a correlation of the zone containing the adjacent numerical value is detected, and the related zone is specified as a related area.
