<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector which can accommodate to narrowing of a pitch and accommodate to an FPC 22 having a contacting part 52 on both sides. <P>SOLUTION: A connector 10 comprises a required number of contacts having a contacting part 52 to contact an FPC 22 and a housing 12 on which the contacts are supported and fixed and which has an insertion engagement port 24 in which the FPC 22 is inserted. When the contacting parts 52 are provided on both front and rear sides of the FPC 22, two kinds of contacts 14, 16 are used. The contact 14 is inserted from an opposite side of the insertion engagement port 24 of the housing 12, and a contacting part 30 of the contact 14 contacts the contacting part 52 on the front side of the FPC 22. The contact 16 is inserted from a side of the insertion engagement port 24 of the housing 12, and a contacting part 20 of the contact 16 is made to contact the contacting part 52 on the rear side of the FPC 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
