<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump circuit using a charge pump drive circuit which can be made compact and can suppress generation of high frequency noise, and to provide a switching device using the charge pump circuit. <P>SOLUTION: A charge pump circuit comprises a charge pump drive unit 1 generating clock signals CLK, CLKB by blunting the waveform of an input signal, and a pump circuit 19 which outputs an output voltage boosted according to the amplitude of the clock signals. The charge pump drive unit 1 includes at least two cascaded charge pump drive circuits 2, 3 each consisting of a two-stage complementary circuit. Resistors R1a, R1b are connected, respectively, between the drains of P type transistors M1a, M1b and N type transistors M2a, M2b configuring a pre-stage complementary circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
