Disclosed are a channel information feedback method and device. The method includes: partitioning the bandwidth of a wireless communication system into N frequency units, wherein the N frequency units respectively include one or more channel information segments; feeding back the channel information about the N frequency units on the channel information segments according to a predetermined rule; or, feeding back the channel information about the N frequency units on the bandwidth according to a second predetermined rule, wherein the channel information includes: modulation and coding solution, SNR or channel state information. By way of the present invention, the precision of the channel information feedback is improved.
