The battery terminal comprises a clamp body (1) for partially receiving a battery pole, where the clamp body comprises two clamp jaws spaced apart by a gap for clamping the battery pole. The bolt clamping element is partially and rotatably arranged into the second opening. The bolt is partially arranged into the first opening. The end of the bolt partially extends itself into the bolt clamping element. The clamp body is partially produced in an extrusion process.
