The method involves connecting the sensors (1a-1c) with CPU (3) through network (2). The information regarding internal and external situations of motor vehicle is detected by the sensors. The detected information is transmitted to CPU through network in the form of a continuous data stream. The transmitted continuous data stream is converted by server (4) of CPU, and is output according to the preset standard.
