The purpose of the present invention is to provide a terminal wherein contact pressure is reduced without a biasing force against a movable contact part of said terminal being decreased, thereby preventing damage to a connection pad of a battery and preventing decreases in current-carrying capacity due to heating of the movable contact part. In order to produce said effects, said terminal (30) has a movable contact part (36) that can move between protruding from and not protruding from a contact hole (14) in a housing (10). Also, the movable contact surface (36a) of said movable contact part (36) is a thin, elastically-deformable circular arc (38).
