FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fodder production and may be used for industrial production of combination fodders for animals and birds as an energy-protein component during rations formulation and fodder preparation. The energy-sugar-protein concentrate preparation method envisages production of a mixture of lupine (in native form or without shell), rape and triticale. The produced mixture is extruded at the temperature in the pressure part inside the maximum product heating zone equal to 110-130C, under a pressure of 2-6 MPa with exposure in the extrusion mode during 3-4 sec. During the concentrate production one uses the following initial components: 60-75% of lupine (in native form or without shell), 20-35% of rape and 2-20% of triticale. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures production of a highly nutritious fodder concentrate balanced in terms of protein and energy; additionally the invention allows to extend the range of products manufactured. ^ 2 cl, 3 ex |
