The device (1) has a bottle (2) including a central body (5) receiving a liquid product. The bottle has an open end with an orifice (6) receiving a cap (3) which contains another liquid product to be mixed with the former product. The bottle has another open end opposite to the former end, where the latter end is provided with a central hole (18) receiving a removable housing (4) designed for withdrawal of mixture of the products after removal from the capsule. The cap is equipped with a tab, which maintains a cylindrical piece (12) elongated away from a bottom (16) of a cavity (11).
