<p>Anti-static or conductive polyurethane comprises carbon nanotubes and ionic liquid. Independent claims are also included for: (1) manufacturing the anti-static or conductive polyurethane comprising (i) mixing (a) polyisocyanates with (b) compounds with at least two isocyanate-reactive hydrogen atoms with a molecular weight of at least 350 g/mol, (c) carbon nanotubes, (d) ionic liquid, (e) optionally, low molecular weight chain extenders and/or crosslinking agents, (f) catalysts, (g) optionally blowing agents and (h) optionally other additives, to obtain a reaction mixture, and (ii) reacting the components; and (2) a concentrate comprising the thermoplastic polyurethane including carbon nanotubes (5-30 wt.%) and ionic liquid (5-20 wt.%).</p> |
