PURPOSE: A winning bid calculating system through database analysis and a calculating method are provided to calculate a bid price more close to the winning bid by analyzing a database about existing bid-opening results. CONSTITUTION: A central system(10) includes the followings. A past bid result database(22) stores data about past bid-opening results. A winning bid approach price determiner(12) determines a price approaching the winning bid based on the data in the database. The winning bid approach price determiner uses a predetermined amount of data for heuristic learning.
