PURPOSE: A site based broadcasting system is provided to offer network and smart phone based broadcasts by utilizing an IP-STB(Internet Protocol Set Top Box). CONSTITUTION: Wireless apparatuses(130,160,170) execute wireless communication using an FM(Frequency Modulation), bluetooth, binary CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access), or Wi-Fi(Wireless-Fidelity). The wireless apparatus includes microphones. The wireless apparatus creates audio data using the microphones. An IP-STB(Internet Protocol Set Top Box)(140) executes the wireless communication with the wireless apparatus. The IP-STB receives the audio data from the wireless apparatus.
