<p>PURPOSE: A gallium formulated ink is provided to have excellent storage stability because not forming precipitate. CONSTITUTION: A gallium formulated ink comprises a 1B group/gallium/(selective indium)/6A group system, and a liquid carrier component. The 1B group/gallium/(selective indium)/6A group system comprises, as an initial ingredient, a gallium component which comprises gallium, a stabilizing component, additives, and a gallium carrier as initial ingredient, a selenium component, an organic chalcogenide component, a 1B group component which comprises at least one CuCl2 and Cu2O as initial components, selectively bidentate thiol components, and selectively a combination of indium components.</p> |
