PURPOSE: A method for increasing the grade of manganese ores is provided to obtain high-grade ferro manganese from low-grade ores by concentratedly refining iron oxide through low-magnetic sorting. CONSTITUTION: A method for increasing the grade of manganese ores comprises the steps of: roughly crushing and grinding manganese ores(S10), sieving and classifying the crushed and ground manganese ores(S20), selectively reducing the ground manganese ores(S30), and sorting the reduced manganese ores with a magnetic force(S50).
