PURPOSE: A slip prevention type recliner is provided to improve the stability and the quality by preventing the slip of a wedge member generated while locking state. CONSTITUTION: A slip prevention type recliner comprises a rotation socket(1), a first gear member(2), a second gear member(3), left and right wedges(4, 5), and a wedge spring(6). The rotation socket is coupled with a driving shaft. The first gear member is coupled with the rotation socket to be rotated by a first shaft support member(21). The second gear member comprises a second shaft support member(35) and an outer gear(3a) engaged with an inner gear(2a). The left and right wedges are installed between the first shaft support member and the second shaft support member and maintain the eccentric state of the second gear member from the first gear member. The both sides wedge is supported by a wedge holder(12) formed in the rotation socket. The wedge spring is installed to connect the both sides wedge to separate wedges each other. |
