PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polystyrene foam granules, polystyrene foamy particle manufactured by the same and a flexible filling product using the same are provided to restrict size range of polystyrene particles and foam particles and to limit the maximum size of the foam particles. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polystyrene foamy particles comprises the following steps: (S10)providing the polystyrene particles to a raw material feeding tank by using air pressure; (S20) measuring the polystyrene particles discharged from the raw material feeding tank and injecting the measured polystyrene particles into a weighing tub; (S30)putting the polystyrene particles into a foaming tank with steam and air and foaming the particles; (S50) desiccating the foam completed polystyrene particles using a blower; and (S70)improving elasticity and hardening properties of foamed particles by aging the desiccated particles in a silo.
