METHOD FOR PREPARING A FERTILIZER CONTAINING AMINO ACIDS WITH WATER-SOLUBLE SILICIC ACID

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fertilizer containing amino acid in which silicic acid is combined is provided to effectively manufacture organic liquid fertilizer by using butchery by-product or bean with silicate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fertilizer containing amino acid in which silicic acid is combined comprises the following steps: mixing silicate with the butchery by-product or bean in a reactor(100); adding water, silicate and electrolyte to the mixture in the reactor and increasing pH up to 11 or higher by adding electrical power; increasing temperature and pressure while adding electric power; and homogenizing the reacted substances into nano meter size by using an inline homo mixer(200). The electrolyte is NaOH or KOH. The content of electrolyte and silicate are respectively 5-30 weight% and 1-12 weight%. In the third step, the reactor temperature is increased up to 150-200 deg. Celsius, and the pressure of the reactor is increased up to 6-8kg/cm^2.
