PURPOSE: A system and method for supplying fuel for a high pressure natural gas injection engine are provided to reduce the thermal loads of a heat medium for evaporation. CONSTITUTION: A system for supplying fuel for a high pressure natural gas injection engine comprises a compressing unit(13) for evaporation gas, a re-liquefaction unit(20), a high pressure pump(33), a high pressure vaporizer(37), and a heat exchanger. The re-liquefaction unit comprises a cold box(21), a compressing unit, an expansion unit, a gas-liquid separator(22). The cold box heat exchanges refrigerants with the evaporation gas. The compressing unit compresses the refrigerants heated in the cold box. The expansion unit decreases the temperature of the compressed refrigerants. The gas-liquid separator separates gas and liquid from the refrigerants.
