PURPOSE: A system louver is provided to prevent the leakage of rainwater by securing the air tightness and the water tightness of the contact portion of a frame and a horizontal blade. CONSTITUTION: A system louver comprises a frame(10), a plurality of horizontal blades(20), and an opening(30). The frame comprises a horizontal frame member(11) and a vertical frame member(12). A spacer member is coupled with the horizontal frame member and a first sealing fixing member is coupled with the spacer member. A second sealing fixing member(14) is coupled with the vertical frame. The horizontal blade is composed of a blade member(21) and a rotary coupling member(22). A first inclined portion is formed on the blade member. A second inclined portion is formed to be faced with the first inclined portion.
