PURPOSE: A safety stand and a cutter for a retort pouch are provided to prevent the spilling of contents from the retort pouch by stably standing the pouch. CONSTITUTION: A safety stand for a retort pouch comprises the following: a pouch support groove(1) in an oval shape for supporting the retort pouch; a retort pouch side edge support groove(4) guiding the mounting direction of the retort pouch, and holding both ends of the pouch for maintaining the stable shape; a cutter blade(3) located on a mounting tool; and a cutter edge safety groove(2) located on the higher location than the cutter blade.
