PURPOSE: A dental implant fixture is provided to prevent necrosis of alveolar bone by reducing frictional heat generated in the alveolar bone when implanting a fixture even in case of low bone mineral density. CONSTITUTION: A dental implant fixture comprises a body part(11), a first thread part(12), and a second thread part(13). The first thread part is formed in triangular thread shape on the peripheral surface of the body part to implant the body part in alveolar bone. The second thread part is formed in a trapezoidal thread shape on the peripheral surface of the body part, alternately with the first thread part. The outer thread diameter of the second thread part is greater than that of the first thread part.
