PURPOSE: A cell phone holder is provided to easily and firmly install a cellular phone and to maximize usage satisfaction by attaching or detaching regardless of the thickness or size the cellular phone. CONSTITUTION: A cell phone holder comprises a body unit(10), a spherical assembling groove(12), an absorption fixing member(20), a fixing member(50), a semi-spherical base(21), an absorption plate(25), a cam guide path(30), a cam pin(27), and a vertically moving operation fixture(26). The absorption fixing member joins a shaft rod(22), in which a spherical assembling hole(23) being inserted into the spherical assembling groove of the body unit is formed, to the upper part of the semi-spherical base. The absorption plate is fixed in the inner lower part of the shaft rod and the vertically moving operation fixture is installed in the upper lateral side of the shaft rod. The absorption plate is attached or detached so that the cam pin is moved up and down along the cam guide path by the rotation of the shaft rod.
