PURPOSE: A sole for shoes and the functional shoes using thereof are provided to offer a finger-pressure treatment function pressurizing the foot arch portion. CONSTITUTION: A sole for shoes comprises the following: a front sole(30) attached to the bottom front side of a shoe main body(10); a rear sole(20) separated from the front sole, and attached to the rear side of the bottom rear side of the shoe main body; a supporting plate(50) extended from the front sole; and a middle sole(40) attached to the upper side of the supporting plate in between the front and rear soles. The middle sole moves upward and downward when a user is walking. |
