PURPOSE: A vision inspection machine with improved definition is provided to be easily repaired and maintained with a miniaturized structure. CONSTITUTION: A vision inspection machine with improved definition comprises a stage part, a lighting unit(20), a first camera unit(30), second camera units, a lattice pattern irradiating unit, a vision processing unit(60), a controller(70), and a light diffusion unit(25). The stage part fixes or transfers an object(5) to an inspection position. The lighting unit is placed on the stage part, and provides lights to the object. The first camera unit is placed at the center of the lighting unit, and obtains the two dimensional shape of the object. The second camera units are placed at the side of the first camera unit. The lattice pattern irradiating unit is placed in between cameras of the second camera units. The vision processing unit determines whether or not the object is defective based on the images filmed in the first and second camera units. |
