APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MONITORING KEYBOARD INPUT

PURPOSE: A device for monitoring a keyboard input and a method thereof are provided to monitor a user input during preset time, and to determine whether the number of inputs exceeds preset critical values, thereby informing an excessive input action to a user. CONSTITUTION: A keyboard controller(120) receives a key input from a keyboard. A character application program(130) receives the key input from the keyboard, and performs specific actions according to the key input. An action monitoring unit(140) monitors an input received from the keyboard controller and the character application program during preset time. The action monitoring unit outputs a warning to the user if the number of inputs exceeds the critical values. A display unit(150) displays a user interface of the character application program and a message.
