<p>The system has a controller (17) controlling a drive machine unit (14) based on holding point-position value, which is stored in the controller, and determined lift cabin position such that a lift cabin (3) is held at two or more holding positions (10', 11'). A position sensor (20) signalizes the controller when the cabin passes the reference position (24). A compensation device effects a correction of stored holding point-position value under inclusion of correction factor on basis of difference between the lift cabin position and the reference position. An independent claim is also included for a method for operating a lift system.</p> |
