PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an eco-friendly crop protection agent(bacteriacide and insecticide) is provided to ensure strong insecticidal and bacteriacial effects and to remove harmful insects. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an eco-friendly crop protection agent comprises: a step of putting 150g of Houttuynia cordata, 200g of Sophorae Radix, and 50g of Glycyrrhizae radix in 1,000g of water(H_2O); a step of boiling the mixture at 100 Deg. C. for 20 minutes and at 80 Deg. C. for about 5 hours to prepare 600g of extract; a step of dissolving 100g of potash alum in 500g of purified water(H_2O); a step of putting 600g of the extract and 200g of pyroligneous liquor in an agitator; a step of adding 200g of potash alum and 200g of pyroligneous liquor and blending for 30 minutes; and a step of sterilizing and diluting.
