摘要 PURPOSE: An apparatus for minimizing a dimensional tolerance of a composite material bogie frame using bolt coupling force is provided to prevent the torsion of a bogie frame and to minimize a dimensional tolerance by controlling the coupling force and coupling lengths of pressurizing bolts. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for minimizing a dimensional tolerance of a composite material bogie frame using bolt coupling force comprises a lower mold(210), an upper mold(220), a push bar(230), and a pressurizing bolt. The lower mold comprises a receiving space on which a base structure material for a composite material bogie frame is placed. The upper mold is arranged above the lower mold to finish the upper part of the receiving space. The push bar is installed along an inner wall of the lower mold and is closely attached to the side surface of the base structure material for the composite material bogie frame. The pressurizing bolt is laterally passed through the lower mold to pressurize the push bar toward the side surface of the base structure material for the composite material bogie frame.
