PURPOSE: An iron removal machine for red pepper powder is provided to enable easy removal of iron from red pepper powder by increasing an exposure rate of red pepper powder to a maximum magnetic field strength. CONSTITUTION: An iron removal machine for red pepper powder comprises the following: a fixing wall(1) installed on one side of a bed(100); a partition wall(2) and a central partition wall(3) installed on the other side of the bed at a predetermined distance from the fixing wall; a separation room(S) and a cleaning room(C) installed among the fixing wall, the partition wall, and the central partition wall; a partition wall disk(20) and a central partition wall disk(30) rotatably installed inside the partition wall and the central partition wall for forming a constant interval among a plurality of horizontal penetration holes; bar magnets(40) inserted into the horizontal penetration holes from the partition wall disks; a bar magnet bundle(4) arranging the bar magnets in a circular shape; a scraper(5) in a hook shape fitted to the outside of the bar magnets; a rotation chuck(6) and a spindle head(7) rotating the partition wall disks and a rotary shaft(6a); and a revolution shaft(8) rotating toward the opposite direction of the bar magnet bundle. |
