PURPOSE: A device for manufacturing a connector for connecting a terminal of a vehicle battery and a method thereof are provided to automatically manufacture a shunt, a cable connector, and a terminal connector of predetermined quality by a 3D multi axial control system. CONSTITUTION: A shunt jig mounting unit(40) mounts a shunt on a jig of an indexing table(51) wherein filler metal is fixed to the shunt. A filler metal location finding device(41) finds whether the shunt has filler metal. A first brazing device(60) bonds the shunt with a cable connector. A second brazing device(61) bonds the shunt with a terminal connector. A control unit controls rotation of the indexing table and each device.
