PURPOSE: A transom flange forming method for a ship and a transom flange manufactured by the same are provided to improve the rear resistance, durability, precision, quality, and life of a transom flange. CONSTITUTION: A transom flange forming method for a ship is as follows. Raw materials selecting from square timbers, plates, and shape steels made by stainless steel are prepared by size. The materials are bent by a bending machine to process primary processed articles. Separated contact parts of the primary processed articles are attached to make ring shaped secondary processed articles. The secondary processed articles are selectively attached to manufacture a transom flange(10). The inner and outer surfaces of the transom flange is polished and a wear resistance coating layer is formed on the inner surface thereof. |
