PURPOSE: A pad structure for securing lacing and shoes with the same are provided to secure shoelace on sports shoes, work shoes, military shoes, leisure shoes, and etc. that have bear a heavy weight and a high motional force. CONSTITUTION: A pad structure for securing lacing is injection molded to form a plurality of force acting points for providing a high lacing force and a wide lacing effect.
