PURPOSE: A cooling cycle device is provided to maintain the meltage of refrigerating machine oil over a predetermined level, thereby reducing a change of a melting point of the refrigerating machine oil caused by pressure and temperature conditions. CONSTITUTION: A cooling cycle device comprises a cooling circuit, a refrigerant, and refrigerating machine oil. The cooling circuit is composed of a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The refrigerant is embedded in the cooling circuit and repeats compression, condensation, expansion, evaporation and circulates in the inside of the cooling circuit. The refrigerant machine oil is included with the refrigerant and composed of propylene-oxide and the poly-alkylene-glycol.
