CONNECT PART BETWEEN OUTSOL AND MIDSOLE FOR SHOES

PURPOSE: A combining member of outsole and midsole of shoes and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce defect rate and to enhance comfort and durability. CONSTITUTION: A combining member of outsole and midsole of shoes is composed of a PET upper non-woven fabric(10) and a PET lower layer(20). The PET lower layer is combined at the lower part of the PET upper non-woven fabric. The combining method of the PET upper non-woven fabric and the PET lower layer is completed by a needle punching method. A manufacturing method of the combining member comprises the following steps: installing a combining member of the outsole and midsole of shoes inside a mold for shoes; manufacturing the outsole of shoes in which the combining member is formed into one body by placing a rubber plate for the outsole inside the mold and heat pressurizing thereof; and manufacturing the midsole by heat pressurizing with the outsole of the shoes.
